Flourless Chocolate Brownie-Cake
Ingredients: (yields about 8-12 servings)
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup light, unsalted butter
½ cup Truvia Baking Blend
½ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
Optional: mix ins - ½ cup walnuts, extra chocolate chips, etc.
Instructions:
Lightly grease an 8” by 8” cake pan and preheat oven to 375 F.
In a microwave safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips and butter and microwave for about 90 seconds or until chips are completely melted and you can stir butter and chocolate together perfectly.
Next, stir in the sugar, salt, and vanilla until well combined.
Add in the eggs and beat until well combined.
Lastly, add in cocoa powder and stir until well combined.
Now, you can add in mix-ins of choice. (I used chopped walnuts)
Pour batter into pan and bake for about 25 minutes. You will see the top forms a thin crust when it is ready.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
