High-Fiber Smoothie

Ingredients: (yields one smoothie)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 cup Raw Spinach

  • ½ cup Mixed Berries

  • ½ cup Fiber one Original Bran Cereal

  • ½ Tbsp PB2 powder (you can substitute with regular peanut or almond butter)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a Nutribullet or blender, add in all of the ingredients.

  2. Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth and blended.

  3. Enjoy!
