High-Fiber Smoothie
Ingredients: (yields one smoothie)
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup Raw Spinach
½ cup Mixed Berries
½ cup Fiber one Original Bran Cereal
½ Tbsp PB2 powder (you can substitute with regular peanut or almond butter)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a Nutribullet or blender, add in all of the ingredients.
Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth and blended.
