Creamy Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients: (yields one smoothie)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 medium Banana
¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 Dates, chop and remove pits
1 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a Nutribullet or blender, add in all of the ingredients.
Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth and blended.
