No Bake Peanut Butter Bites

This recipe is as easy as 1, 2, 3! These peanut butter bites take 10 minutes to prepare and require absolutely no baking. Just mix the ingredients together, freeze, and enjoy! You can store these bites in the fridge for up to one week. They serve as a great snack, a quick breakfast, or some post-workout fuel.
Ingredients: (yields 12 balls)
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup peanut butter flour
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (oats, flour, cinnamon, flax seeds)
Once dry ingredients are mixed, add in the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
Whisk together all ingredients until well combined. (Mixing is easier if you use your hands, although you will have to get a little messy!)
Roll mixture together with your hands into small one inch balls.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Store bites in a large Ziploc bag for up to a week!
