Strawberry Cocoa Ice-Cream
Ingredients: (yields 3-4 servings)
1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen
4 medjool dates, pitted
1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk or fat-free milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth and creamy. It should have a smooth consistency, like soft-serve yogurt. (If it’s too runny, add more strawberries; too thick, add more milk)
Pour into container and freeze for 3-4 hours. Once it is semi-solid, remove from freezer and serve!
