Air Fryer Salmon

Salmon is a great option for increasing your intake of omega-3 fatty acids. It is also high in vitamins D, B-12, B-6, and is also a good source of magnesium and selenium!

Ingredients: (yields 2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 5 oz. each)

  • 2 Tablespoons whole-grain mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, packed

  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together oil, mustard, garlic, sugar, and thyme. Then spread evenly on top of salmon.

  3. Arrange salmon in air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
