Air Fryer Salmon
Salmon is a great option for increasing your intake of omega-3 fatty acids. It is also high in vitamins D, B-12, B-6, and is also a good source of magnesium and selenium!
Ingredients: (yields 2 servings)
2 salmon fillets (about 5 oz. each)
2 Tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 Tablespoon brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together oil, mustard, garlic, sugar, and thyme. Then spread evenly on top of salmon.
Arrange salmon in air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes.
