Orange Julius Smoothie

Ingredients: one smoothie
- 1/2 cup ice cubes 
- 1 small frozen banana 
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 
- 1/4 cup orange juice 
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
- 1 large orange, peeled and segmented (about 1/2 cup sliced) 
- 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed 
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or Nutribullet until smooth and creamy. 
- Enjoy!
