Greenery Smoothie
Ingredients: (yields one smoothie)
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
2 cups raw spinach
1/2 green apple
1 small banana
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein powder (or other powder of choice)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
In a Nutribullet or blender, add in all of the ingredients.
Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth and blended.
