Mango Madness Smoothie

Ingredients: (yields one serving)

  • 3/4 cup chopped mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp pure Vanilla extract

  • 2 ice cubes

  • Optional: Drizzle unsweetened coconut flakes on top!

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or Nutribullet until smooth and creamy.

  2. Enjoy!
