Chicken Pesto Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Toufayan Low Carb-High Fiber Wrap

  • 4 oz. grilled chicken breast (strips)

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 1 tbsp. pesto

  • 1 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Instructions:

  1. Take 4 oz. chicken breast strips and grill on medium heat. (coat pan with olive oil and season with garlic powder and pepper)

  2. Lay the wrap flat and spread pesto paste evenly.

  3. Sprinkle goat cheese evenly on wrap.

  4. Add in cooked chicken breast strips.

  5. Slice red bell pepper into skinny strips and distribute evenly in wrap.

  6. Roll up wrap like a burrito and cut in half.

  7. Enjoy with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing or as is!
