Protein Packed Frozen Yogurt

This recipe is extremely simple! If you are craving something sweet, but also need to get some protein in, then this will be great quick fix.

Ingredients:

·         4 cups non-fat vanilla greek yogurt

·         1 ½ scoops protein powder of choice (vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon swirl)

·         ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips

·         1 tbsp ground cinnamon

(5 servings)

 

Instructions:

1.       In a rectangular, flat Tupperware, mix together the yogurt and protein powder.

2.       Once mixed, fold in the dark chocolate chips and cinnamon.

3.       Freeze for about 2 hours right in the Tupperware and enjoy!
