Froyo Ice Pops

What better way to cool off this summer than with these delicious AND healthy ice pops?! 


Ingredients: (3 servings)
•    1 cup plain Chobani yogurt
•    ½ cup fruit of your choice (ex. Mango, raspberries, blueberries) or mix em all together!
•    2 dates
(you will need ice pop molds for this recipe)


Instructions:
1.    Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. 
2.    Pour mixture into ice pop molds.
3.    Freeze until solid. (about 4 hours)
4.    Enjoy!!
