Creamy Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients: (yields one smoothie)

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 medium Banana

  • ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 Dates, chop and remove pits

  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a Nutribullet or blender, add in all of the ingredients.

  2. Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth and blended.

  3. Enjoy!
