No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients: (makes about 20 energy balls)

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup crushed fiber one cereal
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll into small one inch balls.
  4. Store in airtight ziploc or container in the fridge for up to one week.
