No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients: (makes about 20 energy balls)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed fiber one cereal
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll into small one inch balls.
- Store in airtight ziploc or container in the fridge for up to one week.
