Ezekiel French Toast
Ingredients: (makes 2 servings)
4 slices ezekiel bread (you can also used multi-grain or whole wheat bread if you prefer)
2 egg whites
1 large egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp Stevia or Truvia
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Dash of salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together into a large mixing bowl.
Dip bread on both sides in the mixture until perfectly coated.
Cook each side in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Enjoy with sugar-free jelly, honey, sugar-free syrup or Sukrinusa fiber syrup gold.
