Ezekiel French Toast

Ezekiel French Toast

Ingredients:  (makes 2 servings)

  • 4 slices ezekiel bread (you can also used multi-grain or whole wheat bread if you prefer)

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp Stevia or Truvia

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon

  • Dash of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Dip bread on both sides in the mixture until perfectly coated.

  3. Cook each side in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

  4. Enjoy with sugar-free jelly, honey, sugar-free syrup or Sukrinusa fiber syrup gold.
