3 Ingredient Apricot Chicken

Ingredients: (yields about 4-6 serving)

  • 3-4 pounds bone-in, skin-on Chicken Thighs

  • 1 cup fat free Catalina salad dressing

  • 1 cup Apricot preserves

  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Whisk together salad dressing, apricot preserves, and onion soup mix until well combined.

  3. Place chicken in a large baking dish and pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  4. Enjoy!
