3 Ingredient Apricot Chicken
Ingredients: (yields about 4-6 serving)
3-4 pounds bone-in, skin-on Chicken Thighs
1 cup fat free Catalina salad dressing
1 cup Apricot preserves
1 packet Lipton Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together salad dressing, apricot preserves, and onion soup mix until well combined.
Place chicken in a large baking dish and pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
