Avocado Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1 package Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Dips Ranch Mix

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash avocado and lime together with a fork until smooth.

  2. Add in the greek yogurt and ranch mix and whisk until well blended. (use food processor for a smoother consistency)

  3. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 2 days.

  4. Enjoy with a delicious vegetable crudite or whole grain pita chips!
