Mediterranean Turkey Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Toufayan low-carb, high fiber wrap

  • 2 oz. low sodium boars head turkey breast

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 2 tbsp creamy original hummus

  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives

  • 2 tbsp banana peppers

  • 3 sliced cucumbers

  • 3 sliced tomatoes

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar

  • pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Lay wrap flat and spread hummus evenly across.

  2. Place turkey breast on top.

  3. Add in the lettuce and spinach.

  4. Lay all the rest of the veggies on top.

  5. Drizzle on the olive oil and vinegar.

  6. Add a dash of black pepper.

  7. Roll up wrap like a burrito and slice in half.

  8. Enjoy as is or toast for a few minutes if you prefer the wrap to be a little warmed up.
