To perform this workout correctly, perform each round 3x. After all 3 exercises in the round, give yourself 30 seconds of rest. After all 3 repetitions, give yourself 90 seconds rest before moving onto the next round. 

Round 1

-       Jump Squat with 10 pound plate 30 seconds

-       Burpees 30 seconds

-       Wall sit with 25 pound plate 35 seconds

30 seconds rest, then repeat two more times

Round 2

-       Battles Ropes 30 seconds

-       Jumping Lunge 30 seconds

-       Bosu Ball Knee Touches 45 seconds (slow & controlled)

30 seconds rest, then repeat two more times

Round 3

-       Mountain Climbers 30 seconds

-       V-ups 35 seconds

-       Incline Plank 1 minute

30 seconds rest, then repeat two more times

Round 4

-       Jumping Jacks 35 seconds

-       Renegade Rows with 10 pound weights 30 seconds

-       Plank Jacks 30 seconds

30 seconds rest, then repeat two more times
