20 Minute HIIT Workout: No Equipment Needed

To perform this workout correctly, perform each round 3x. After all 3 exercises in the round, give yourself 30 seconds of rest. After all 3 repetitions, give yourself 90 seconds rest before moving onto the next round. 

Round 1

-       Burpees 30 seconds

-       Plank Jacks 30 seconds

-       Jump Squats 30 seconds

30 seconds rest, then repeat 2 more times

Round 2

-       High Knees 30 seconds

-       Jump Split Lunge 30 seconds

-       Wide arm push-up plank 45 seconds

30 seconds rest, then repeat 2 more times

Round 3

-       Mountain Climbers 30 seconds

-       Push-ups 12 reps

-       Incline Plank 45 seconds

30 seconds rest, then repeat 2 more times
