Froyo Blueberry Bites
Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants and fiber. They are one of the most nutritious fruits that you can put in your body. A lot of people tend to not like the texture, so this is a way to spice them up a little bit, but still gain all of their healthy benefits.
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tsp honey
Ingredients:
. Place a piece of parchment paper onto a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter and honey.
Place blueberries into another small bowl.
Drop blueberries into greek yogurt mixture using a spoon and coat evenly.
Place coated blueberries onto baking sheet.
Freeze for one hour or more and enjoy! **optional: garnish with cinnamon**
