Beet Chips
Ingredients:
3 large beets (or canned beets pre-sliced)
Olive oil
salt and black pepper
2-3 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Thinly slice beets with sharp knife.
Spray two baking sheets with non stick oil
Place sliced beets in a large zip lock bag and drizzle in olive oil, salt, pepper, and the chopped rosemary to evenly coat.
Lay beets evenly among the two baking sheets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
