Beet Chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 large beets (or canned beets pre-sliced)

  • Olive oil

  • salt and black pepper

  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Thinly slice beets with sharp knife.

  3. Spray two baking sheets with non stick oil

  4. Place sliced beets in a large zip lock bag and drizzle in olive oil, salt, pepper, and the chopped rosemary to evenly coat.

  5. Lay beets evenly among the two baking sheets.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.

  7. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
