Sweet & Savory Banana Roll Ups

This sweet snack serves for the PERFECT post-workout snack. It's important to have a decent amount of carbohydrates after an intense workout so your body can recover and replenish glycogen stores. It's also high in protein and healthy fats. This macronutrient combo will keep you full and satisfied for hours.

Ingredients:

- Toufayan low-carb, high-fiber wrap

- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter (I like to use smooth Barney Butter)

- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

- 1 small banana

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Instructions:

1.     Warm up wrap in microwave for 30 seconds.

2.     Spread almond butter evenly over wrap.

3. Sprinkle flax seeds evenly on top of the almond butter.

4.     Place banana inside wrap.

5.     Roll up wrap. Fold sides and roll up like a burrito.

6.     Slice into small pieces and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

7.     Enjoy!
