Fresh Bruschetta
Ingredients: (yields about 3 servings)
3 plum tomatoes (finely diced)
1/4 red onion (finely diced)
1 garlic clove (finely diced)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon shredded basil
Dash of salt
Instructions:
Finely dice tomatoes, onion, and garlic and place in a small bowl.
Add in the olive oil, basil, and salt and mix together until combined.
Let chill in fridge prior to serving.
