Fresh Bruschetta

Ingredients: (yields about 3 servings)

  • 3 plum tomatoes (finely diced)

  • 1/4 red onion (finely diced)

  • 1 garlic clove (finely diced)

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon shredded basil

  • Dash of salt

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice tomatoes, onion, and garlic and place in a small bowl.

  2. Add in the olive oil, basil, and salt and mix together until combined.

  3. Let chill in fridge prior to serving.
