Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap
Ingredients:
- Toufayan Low Carb-High Fiber Wrap
- 4 oz. grilled chicken breast (strips)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. pesto
- 1 oz. crumbled goat cheese
Instructions:
- Take 4 oz. chicken breast strips and grill on medium heat. (coat pan with olive oil and season with garlic powder and pepper)
- Lay the wrap flat and spread pesto paste evenly.
- Sprinkle goat cheese evenly on wrap.
- Add in cooked chicken breast strips.
- Slice red bell pepper into skinny strips and distribute evenly in wrap.
- Roll up wrap like a burrito and cut in half.
- Enjoy with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing or as is!
