Low-Fat Egg Salad Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 slice Dave’s Killer Thin sliced bread (Ezekiel, or gluten Free toast for gluten free)
- 3 large hard boiled eggs (remove yolk from one of the eggs)
- 2 Tbsp Non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- Dash of pepper and salt
(Optional: garnish with lettuce, tomato, sliced nova, avocado, poached egg)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, finely mash hard boiled eggs.
Finely dice celery and set aside.
Add in the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, diced celery and dash of salt and pepper.
Toast one slice of the Dave's Killer Bread.
Add egg salad on top of toast and enjoy!
