Jordi’s Quick & Easy Breakfast Sandwich

This is one of my favorite go to breakfasts for food on the go. I absolutely love breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, but this easy to make sandwich puts a classic twist on those yummy to go breakfasts. You save half the calories, sodium, and fats than picking one up on the road. You can prepare these for the week and bring them with you to work, class, school, etc. You won't be disappointed!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Thomas Lite English Muffin

  • 1 pre-made frozen Egg White Patty

  • 2 slices Lower Sodium Ham or Turkey

  • 1 slice Fat free American Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Place english muffin in toaster until desired consistency. (toasted, browned, warmed)

  2. Place frozen egg white patty in microwave for one minute.

  3. Take egg white patty out and add slice of cheese.

  4. Place back in microwave for another 30 seconds.

  5. Add the turkey/ham and egg white with cheese in the english muffin and voila!
