Fiber Filled Oatmeal
This breakfast option is another alternative if you love oatmeal in the morning. This recipe contains 21 grams of fiber! That is almost your whole recommended daily value. This breakfast will keep you full throughout the entire morning and it is extremely easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 scoop whey protein or plant based protein powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup berries
Instructions:
1. Mix fiber cereal, almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in a saucepan over high eat for 3 minutes and stir.
2. Add the water and stir until all the water is absorbed and the consistency is nice and smooth.
3. Remove oatmeal from pan and pour in small bowl. Mix berries in (or any kind of nuts, raisins, or topping you like)
