Fiber-Packed Layered Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
1 individual Chobani non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal or Fiber One Granola Clusters
¼ cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Honey (to drizzle on top)
Instructions:
Pour the Chia seeds into container of Chobani yogurt and mix until seeds are evenly combined.
In a drinking glass or jar, coat bottom of glass with half of the Chia mixed yogurt.
For the next layer, add half of the cereal.
Next layer, add in half the berries.
Repeat steps 1-3.
Top the entire glass with a dash of cinnamon and drizzle honey on top.
