Fiber Loaded Pancakes

This recipe is packed with more than half of your daily recommended intake in Fiber. Guaranteed to keep you full for hours!

Ingredients:

·         1 cup liquid egg whites

·         ½ cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal

·         1 small very ripe banana

·         1 tbsp vanilla extract

·         1 tsp cinnamon

·         Optional: blueberries or chocolate chips!

(this makes one large pancake)

Instructions:

1.       Blend egg whites, fiber cereal, banana, cinnamon and vanilla all together until mixed evenly and cereal is broken down.

2.       Pour batter on medium heat onto non-stick pan coated with cooking spray.

3.       Flip when edges are slightly browned.

4.       Add in toppings if you’d like!

5.       Enjoy!
