Green Goddess Aioli
Green Goddess Aioli: (yields about 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
6 tablespoons ripe avocado
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Directions: To prepare Aioli, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
